Favorite thing about Epic Charter School: The way everyone encourages others to be their 100% unique selves! It has helped me to embrace my own differences. Write a short paragraph about yourself to be included with your 2019 Prom Court Bio: My name is Taelyn Brown, and I love spreading positivity! I went through a rough time when I broke my back, my L5 vertebrae to be exact, and I got really stuck. I couldn’t do any of the activities that I’d grown up doing, and the doctor said competing in sports wasn’t an option for me anymore. I ended up finding a safe place in my writing, and then I ended up finding a place to flourish in this newfound passion in Epic. This school has changed my life because all of you showed me that it’s okay to be different- even if in my case that means being a little nerdy! I am the best, most positive version of myself, and I could never thank you all enough just for going to this school and being unapologetically yourselves.
